Diets are dooms to fail if they do not change your behavior.

There are lots of ways to do hypnosis. Even if you think you can’t be hypnotized.

There is meditation which is like the parlor of the subconscious mind. Then there is hypnosis, which is like the workshop of the subconscious mind.

Your mind lis like an iceberg. 97% of the mind is hidden in the subconscious. Mostly what stops us is hidden in that 97%.

Not all Hypnosis is the same. Here are two favorites:

The first is a self hypnosis method – EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique. EFT is an accupressure technique.

What is usually lacking in the a successful diet:

Self Care – eating right, getting sleep, having healthy relationships, having finances that work…

Self Esteem – We all tend to have a limiting belief that we are not good enough. We try to fill that hole in our soul with food…

Self Respect – establish boundaries, know when to say yes and when to say no, and keep your promises especially with yourself around what you will do and will or won’t eat…

The second method is to have a traditional hypnosis session with a trained hypnotist. Some people are more open than others to being hypnotized.

Can it help to step away from a project…how are naps beneficial?
