I wanted to let everyone know something about my own story and how the Life Motivations programs have helped me. I, personally have seen results out of following my own program…I had gotten up to 162 pounds after being 130# before menopause.
Being a health professional, I studied and tried Weight Watchers, high fiber diets, Atkins diets; yoga classes; jogging daily… Nothing provided a permanent solution.
After developing our Life Motivations Programs, I first tried them on myself. I got down to 125#, even below my previous average. I didn’t do the diet perfectly, so it took me longer. But I am soo pleased.
That is why I am so passionate about our programs. I know first hand how well they work because they not only work for our patients, they worked for me as well.
